Those stars do not reflect the service I received from my advisor. I believe her name was Brittnie. She was amazing. It does however reflect on the gentlemen who rudely waved me into the service area. He stood by my car while I gathered my things, playing with some plastic hair net-looking thing. When I got out and began talking, he abruptly interrupted me and said "An advisor will be with you shortly." Not cool. Also, in the email, it said that my service was on 2/4/25. It was actually on 2/1/25 @ 12:30 pm. Everyone else I have interacted with at Jim Glover has been amazing.

My salesman and the the gm both worked hard to get me into a vehicle I LOVE. They also got me favorable terms in this crazy car market!

This was my third vehicle purchase from Jim Glover. The last two were used Equinoxes; this one is a 2025 Trax 2RS. Names and faces have changed over the years, but the outstanding service has not. My sales rep Michael Winters, and Emily in finance took great care of me. Michael even brought the car to me when getting to the dealership proved challenging. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the new car, and I continue to recommend Jim Glover to friends.

And our time in financing with Emily was great as well…..she spent time with us discussing our options and the extended warranties so she was so sweet and so helpful. We will definitely be repeat customers whenever the need arises.

My first time to work with Cody Ryker. Cody did a terrific job; keeping me informed, helping with transportation. Good communication. On another note, this was my third time back at the dealership for a cooling problem with my car. So now we have replaced the radiator, after replacing the thermostat the first time. Hopefully this fixes it. Up to now, the dealership has been really good at getting things diagnosed and fixed. This is by no means a reflection on Cody. He's depending on the service techs.

My wife loves her new Trax Rs2 with sunroof option. The process was very lengthy. We had a lot of wait time. But enjoyed the people watching. Overall satisfied with the transaction. Kudos to William for having two transactions going on at the same time.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation, suggested 30,000 maintenance VERY expensive so I declined. Then was approached with tire alignment which I figured I should do but was also VERY expensive. When my husband found out about the tire alignment, he questioned why I agreed to it as the car had been driving fine

First service was great, second one not so much. Drove 90 miles for the service and about 3/4 of the way home the check engine light came on. When the hood was lifted the dip stick was sticking up about 1-1and 1/2". There had been oil spilled on the engine cover. There vehicle was supposedly washed but washed at it would be more accurate. Cleared engine code and the check engine light has stayed off so far

When I called me to make my appointment for my truck. The lady got real hateful. Then said my truck was not under warranty. It is under warranty. Then when I pick my truck up the guy in the office. Did not want to help me. Had to wait on the lady. But she was busy. So he did help to got checked out. He did not act like was wanting to help me. Had the same experience when I bought my truck. Have not heard anything about it Talk to the sales manager, he said that he would help me, but he never did get with me.

I was not a happy camper after leaving your Service department yesterday! I purchased my Equinox 2& 1/2 yrs ago from Jim Glover Dealership and your service dept. has been the only ones to service my car. I have always complimented to others what a good and efficient dept. Jim Glover has, until yesterday. I made my service appointment last week for 10AM Wed. Mar. 19th. I arrived 15 min. early for my appt. It was for the routine oil change, check up, and tire rotation. I specifically told the young Lady who checked me in that I HAD to be back home at 12noon for another appointment. She said, " no problem, we will have your car serviced in plenty of time for you to be back home". I was becoming quite uneasy as it was approaching the 1 &1/2 hours later and my car was still not ready. I talked to the young man in charge of my car and he apologized and said, they were almost done----15 min. later they said the car was ready. When I got to my car, it had not been washed, as I had given the ok to do so, the plastic covering was still on the steering wheel, the paper mat was still on the floor, the reminder sticker that you put on the inside upper Lt. hand corner of the Windshield was not applied and I was late for the Noon appointment I needed to be home for. Plus on top of that I was told that I needed an alignment??!! REALLY!!---I just had that done 6 months ago at your service dept. I do not drive my car a lot and I am very careful not to hit any potholes in the road & the car was handling just fine! So I wonder about the accuracy of the test that was performed indicating that. So it was a very disappointing experience yesterday.

We have always had the best experience and even told us that there was a recall and fixed it. This current time my husband set up the service appointment from my chevy app and ask for the 60K mile service. That did not happen it was deleted out, and just routine maintenance got completed along with the full detail that I called and requested because it was not an option online. We were extremely satisfied with Andy and the service; however, we are disappointed that we have to bring it back in before the next oil change for the 60k mile service.

First off let me just say that I always use this location to purchase and service my vehicles and 99% of the time I have no issues. On this occasion I continue not to be able to get my 50000 mile transmission service done this is the second time the machine has broken while trying to get the service. What are the odds? A simple oil and tire rotation with an alignment and transmission service turned into almost a 4 hour wait caused by there attempts to get it to work. My service writer did apologize and took care of me on the payment end. I love my truck and have had it since 2021 but I question its engineering. Lifter issues and now I can’t seem to get this transmission service done.

Chris Hutchison & Isaac Dennis were great - your detail shop not a good experience. I spent two hours detailing the truck once I got home. Hard to understand how anyone could miss how dirty and dusty the entire cab was.

I paid for a tune up and oil change, but after driving back at home I noticed that my radiator fluid indicator came on. After checking my radiator fluid level, I noticed that the reservoir was not filled. I went ahead and filled it myself using fluid I had previously purchased and had stored in my car trunk.

I had an appointment at noon for an oil change & still waited for almost 2 hours for my car to be done.

They fixed my issue and fixed another issue while fixing an issue that was finally diagnosed the 3rd time while trying to get a transmission flush and fill. The issue ended up being a bad valve body on the transmission. I bring and have brought all my vehicles here for years. My goal going forward is to stick with one service writer as they know the history of your vehicle. This will help avoid you coming in a third time and being sent on your way with nothing being done until you raise a red flag. I don’t blame anybody for this issue, It’s was just a break down in communication. The issue was resolved and fixed under warranty. Now I’m waiting for the call for parts of another issue that was found.

Service does not seem as good as it used to be. Your dealership is the only place I've ever had service done. Just doesn't feel the same. Also, I got a big greasy black shoe print on my driver's side carpet. I work hard to keep it clean, so I hated to see that!

I have been doing oil changes with Jim Glover since I purchased my truck. The service at the beginning was amazing, friendly, kind. Now it is like we don't matter. My biggest complaint, there is no communication on the cost of how much service is going to be. Everytime i have come in for service, the price is different each time. I get the same service Everytime! I was emailed some coupons from your company, day before my service appointment. As I was going to pay, "sorry you can't use those coupons"

We attribute our positive experience to Jordan Hill. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and straight forward about any questions we had and made our car buying experience enjoyable and positive. From the time we got there to the time we left was an hour and half at the most. There was no back and forth over pricing.. A fair amount was presented and what all was included with the vehicle and we immediately took the price presented. This should be the only way to purchase a vehicle. Will do it again in the future when the need arises and recommend the experience to everyone.

We were looking for a new car and decided to go to Jim Glover Chevy. We were met by our Salesman William and he showed us the model we were looking for. From the test drive, explaining everything about the car, to finishing up the purchase. It was a great experience. Probably the best car buying experience we have ever had!

Brought truck in for a planned visit to install new motor mounts that were found to be bad while replacing some other parts. Brought it in early Monday morning they had me out that same day. Trucks running fine.

I was in the hardest spot, my old truck died 🤯, I was dealing with a garnishment from losing a job during the covid times, and they helped me rebound out of all that, on my way to better times now. Thanks yall.

I took my traverse in for an oil change and the tech noticed transmission fluid leaking. They kept my car and gave me a rental until my traverse was fixed

Vance Gaut was awesome! After receiving bad info, Vance helped rectify the situation as best as he could and was very kind and respectful.

The service team did a great job of changing the oil, rotating the tires, and even discovered an alignment issue that they were able to resolve during the service. My only complaint is that my salesman told me at the time of purchase that at my first service, they would detail my truck and top off the fuel. This did not happen. However, the staff was friendly and I had to rush back to work.

Oul change was completed in a timely manner but the additive that is required for lifetime engine was not added even though I stated in my online appointment to use my Chevrolet points to cover the cost of it. I did not notice till I looked at my receipt later on 4/26/25.

Our buying experience was a great one! For starters our salesman Vance was very responsive to us and gave us his full attention. Then instead of going out and just sending pictures of the vehicle he went out and facetimed us. Walked us through the vehicle as if we were there in person with him. Then we finished the sale and he met my husband at the airport and showed him and my son in law how to work everything from top to bottom to make sure they understood it. Finally, I think he is ever going to sale my son in law a new truck because we really liked how he knows what he is talking about and he knows his product knowledge. Steven my service advisor did an exceptional job when I brought my truck in to diagnose issues I was having. David, the service manger was very pleasant to work with and Doris was great in obtaining a loaner vehicle for me.

Tyler, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable about the Traverse. He answered all our questions and was very polite. Logan was very respectful and up front (which is how every car dealer should be). He was not pushy and was very patient. We had a great car buying experience and will recommend Jim Glover to anyone who is looking for a car.

Made appointment online, called, SkyAnn told me to come on in. Got me right in and out in the 2 hour window. Just wish they would of run the truck through the car wash like a couple of other truck and vehicles were.

Took truck in to get oil change. Wound up spending around $1,000 to get additional maintenance done. After I picked up my truck someone stopped me while driving and pointed out something hanging down. Upon looking they didn’t properly secure the skid plate and it was hanging down dragging the ground. So I had to take the truck back. All they did was screw the now damaged skid plate back up which still took awhile to do. They then offered nothing in return for their mistake. This not only caused my truck to have a damaged plate but also caused me to miss an important company meeting due to having to take it back and get fixed.

Vance was great. I had been frustrated by another dealership and the lies, but while driving home, over the phone, Vance approved my trade, we agreed to price, and the deal was done. I walked into your dealership for the first time the next evening, and drove off the lot with my car in less than an hour!

It took about 2.5 hours for my oil change this time. Y’all were pretty busy Friday when I was there.

I dropped my truck off for an oil change and tire rotation, we like in Catoosa and I didn’t make an appointment and didn’t have time to wait around. I didn’t receive a call that it was ready. I said I would probably be able to get it Wednesday, so I called mid-morning to make use it was ready. I had a voicemail that it was finished, so my daughter took me to Jim Glover and everything was fine.

They took care of getting my new key for my connect. I’m really looking forward to using Remote Start in winter

When I came in asking for help purchasing a vehicle Bryant was vary friendly and quick to help me find what I was looking for. He was vary kind and patient and helped explain vehicle features and what safety features were included.

The issue with my ‘23 Traverse was quickly identified and with the parts in stock, the issue was quickly resolved all while my vehicle was still under the original GM warranty. Luis Green was my contact person. He was knowledgeable, very nice and kept me informed while I waited in customer service waiting area which is very nice.

Was quick and easy. Came in for a low tire pressure and to get a new key for my truck. Service Reps were courteous and were able to get me in and out very quickly. Waiting area is comfortable with good coffee (always important).

Made my shopping a pleasure

Came in to have an oil change and everyone was nice. After getting done, I drove home and opened the hood and noticed one of the screws in my air cleaner box was missing. So I called the service department and they told me I could come back and they would fix it. This was on Friday afternoon. So Saturday morning I made another trip back to the service department and they did fix it. But the service tech told me doesn’t usually put that screw back in because it is such a pain.

My wife and I needed to find a bigger vehicle for our family with limited ime before a trip. I contacted 8 different dealerships monday morning and told each to give me their best offer as we would only have time to visit one and we needed to be serious. From the start James Proud was professional, attentive, and exact. He did everything I needed to come by the dealership from the phone and when we got there he did everything we needed to convince us we picked the right place and right vehicle for our family.

I went in for an annual oil change and experienced excellent service, again. I was made aware of what may need done in the future but not pressed for anything else. As a female I feel safe going to Jim Glover and not getting scammed.

Still have not heard back. There were no loaner cars available and it's been over a week so my car still is not fixed and apparently it had a evaporation core leak from manufacturing. Having to drive my car with the smell of acetone happening because refrigerant is leaking.

It has been nearly two weeks since I bought my truck, and my lender, USAA, still has not received a request for funds. Now, it looks like I'm going to have to make a payment on the truck I traded in, and I'm very displeased. This is the eighth new Chevrolet vehicle I've purchased in the past 14 years, and it has never taken more than 48 hours until now. I guess this will be not only my first but also my last time shopping at Jim Glover Chevrolet.

The service department was able to get both of my vehicles scheduled for maintenance on the same day. Not just the same day, but at the same time. The service was completed on both vehicles around the same time, which made it very convenient. I've never dealt with a better dealership

GREAT SERVICE FAST AND REASONABLE

I honestly hate dealing with your dealership. I was essentially scammed out of 5k when I bought my truck for a ceramic coating and wheel and tire protection. I was told that the ceramic coating could be put on 2 times a year is the only reason I put it on. Then service told me it was a one time application. Who in their right mind would pay 3400 for a one time application. Then they told me to call finance, which I did and they said I could. So call back to service a year later because you guys are so far out of my way and you are the only ones that can do it. Service then tells me that they don’t even know what I’m talking about and that they have never done it before and “they would ask around” had my truck there for 5 business days for warranty and recall work. Came to pick it up and the ceramic coating wasn’t done and they said o we must have dropped the ball. Sorry. I tried to atleast be prorated for the ceramic coating and Emily in finance said I couldn’t since it’s already been put on one time. Then tried to cancel the wheel protection and she said I couldn’t since i changed tires from what I bought on the truck. Jim glover bought and put my new tires on. I’m so fed up with the run around in your company. Either finance needs to stop selling stuff that service has no idea about or I’m just getting jerked around and my money taken. So no I’m not happy with your dealership. Also would have loved to been told that I had to bring my truck back to you for warranty work.

I originally went into the dealership on July 10th and purchased a used 2022 Chevy Trailblazer. That overall experience went great; however, that same evening the check engine came on, and I was very disappointed. The next morning, I called James my salesman and informed him of the situation. I knew I had the seven-day guarantee, so I took advantage of the opportunity. James was able to get me into a new 2026 Trailblazer that fit my needs in a vehicle. I left a happy customer; however, I was not told what was wrong with the 2022 Trailblazer that I had originally purchased. Despite that incident I am giving the dealership five stars. I was able to purchase a new vehicle if a lower interest rate that originally quoted for the 2022 Trailblazer. A new brand vehicle and a lower interest rate, you really cannot beat that deal, especially when you walked in the dealership with the mindset that I will never owe a brand-new vehicle.

The service advisor greeted me promptly and was very friendly. My car was completed in half the time he advised me it would take. The waiting area was clean and well stocked.

You changed the oil on my 2023 Equinox on July 16th. On the way home the motor started missing and the car wouldn't run over 50 mph. I stopped at an O'Reilly's and they did a powertrain diagnostic that indicated fuel pressure regulator 1 control performance low pressure. I called you and was told that a couple filters were cleaned and something may have clogged the fuel system. I made it home and let the Equinox set a couple hours and it started running okay.

Overall great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car was done quickly even with fixing the tires. Only thing I would have appreciated that has been done in the past was washing my car and vacuuming it. Not a huge deal overall but the little things make a big difference. Will still come back for my next service though.
