It was a wonderful experience, they got me qualified for a brand new Trax in no time.

This was our first experience with Jim Glover. We brought in our vehicle for a recall repair, as the dealership was recommended. The vehicle was dropped off, and we were informed within a few hours that it was ready for pick up, which appeared to be exceptionally prompt service. However, we later received a call notifying us that the repairs had not actually been completed and that we needed to return the vehicle. Upon returning, the required repair was properly addressed, and we also requested an oil change and additional maintenance. The service representative was thorough in communicating any further necessary work. When we collected the vehicle, we noticed it had a flat tire, which was not present upon drop-off and had not been mentioned by the service team.

Everything was great.

I was pleasantly surprised how we were able to get in and out in two hours. I never felt pressured. All the sales associates were patient and kind. We got the deal we needed and left with a car my son loved.

Bryant was the most helpful salesman we’ve ever had. We were blessed to be able to work with him. I would highly recommend him to others looking to buy a vehicle.

Doesn't take over 6 hours to rotate tires, and program new remotes... I've been taking my vehicles here for atleast 3 years. At first I thought they were the greatest place ever. I have given tons of recommendations for this establishment. Yet here we are the last 3, 4 maybe even the last 5 times I've noticed the service department has been getting worse and worse. So after over 6 hours for a rotate and program key fobs, I have finally decided enough is enough.

Service guys were very professional. Fixed a tire for me in the process of doing oil change and tire rotation. Wait was a little long (2hrs) but otherwise, great job!

From the moment we walked in, Vance was on it. He greeted us like long lost friends. He listen to what we both had to say about how & what we were looking for. We saw a couple of cars, took a test drive & then Vance did his magic. Needless to say, we drove away with a new Trax. Vance was our salesman in 2021, when we got our first Trax. Kory was a big help with the paperwork. I definetly will recommend Vance & Glover Chevrolet to my family & friends. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

A no pressure atmosphere. Lesley Mayen and James Proud the salesman were good to work with. We had went to another Chevy dealership and wasn’t impressed. My husband said we are going across the river. While we were looking for a new 2025 Trax RS both dealerships didn’t have any on the lots. Lesley went thru the Trax models and we decided to go top of the line with the Activ. We are happy so far and will take us “old school” folks time to get used to all the bells and whistles. Looking forward to seeing how the gas mileage is. A good decision on our part and customer service from Lesley and James sealed the deal.

I have purchased all my vehicles from Jim Glover and I have had the opportunity to use your repair services on more than one occasion. I trust that they do a good job and they've never let me down. However I would like to point out that the last time I brought my car in there I had a loaner vehicle. I returned the loaner vehicle and then went to pick up my car from outside in the parking lot. Instead of having it pulled up ready for me to drive away, I had to go around the parking lot trying to find my vehicle as if I were on a scavenger hunt. That was problematic and not expected. When I drop the car off I drop it right there it's very convenient I would also like that when I pick up my own vehicle. At minimum they could have had it parked right in front or brought it up. It was problematic for me because of some physical issues to wander around the parking lot trying to find my vehicle and having to make it the alarm go off so I could find it and a few fault starts it took me like at least 5 minutes to find my vehicle which I don't appreciate. Especially when I've spent a couple thousand dollars having it repaired or however much it was. Other than that I love Jim Glover and will continue to frequent their establishment. But like I said picking up the vehicle should be as easy as dropping it off.

I brought my new chevy equinox, that I purchased from you guys, for the first oil change.

We dropped off our Tahoe for the recall service and was told it would be about 3-31/2 hours. In about 3 hours we got the call that it was ready. We picked it up and all is good!

First of all I can’t believe I am having to deal with bringing a 2025 vehicle in with it only having 10 miles on when Purchased. Second I was told I would get a call within 24-48 hours and I got no call on hour 72 so I had to call in to see what was the problem. Had to leave a message and still didn’t get a call back. I had to call again on hour 96 and was then told part is on back order until mid October. So I am going to have to bring my car back again for another couple of days I’m assuming. Hasn’t been a great experience so far.

Dropped off the truck at 4:00PM with check engine light on and running really rough. They called me the next morning with the diagnostic results and repair cost. I authorized the work and was able to pick my truck up by noon!

Had to bring my vehicle back a couple times for my issue to be corrected!

I chatted with the sales guy Kam via text. He gave me the complete info on the used car I wanted to buy. He also sent me info on the car and provided all the financing qualifications. He assisted with getting the loan approved and explained the interest rate was lower on a new car. As we were texting back and forth I was able to verify this was correct. He told me how to confirm this and I did and I really appreciated they. Anyways I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax. The loan officer explained gap and the bumper to bumper warranty that she said she always recommends. I got both and understood why she recommends that and agree with her. I got a new 2026 Trax that I love at a payment that fits in my budget with plenty of warranty coverage. I'll definitely recommend Jim Glover and in the future by more vehicles from Jim Glover It was a great experience

Simple to schedule, no changes were needed, was kept aware of status of repair and when repair was completed I was contacted. This experience stated out pretty rocky. We purchased our vehicle on September 6th and were surprised to have trouble out of it already. My husband called the dealership about 515 in the evening to alert them of the issue and that he was waiting for a tow truck. He inquired about a loaner as promised during the sale. He was told he would need to be at the service dept by 6 pm to get a loaner. After several attempts by him to get the loaner car process started prior to his arrival we were very frustrated. I called and was connected to the sale manager Lourence who took immediate action. He made sure my husband’s car was taken care of at drop off and that he went home in a loaner that night. I really appreciate the effort he put in. Our service contact Devin did a wonderful job as well. He explained what was going on and when we found that our extended warranty hadn’t taken effect yet, he worked diligently with the sales team to get an exemption for covering the repair under that warranty. Overall I was very pleased with the outcome.

This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased through Jim Glover. This by far was the best experience we have ever had. Our sale rep Bryant McHenry went out of his way to listen to us and find exactly what my wife wanted. Absolutely no pressure. We spoke with Cristian Sanabria who sat down with us and showed us the difference that Bother dealer had and how their vehicle had more for less the cost. Then we spoke with Chris Taff about Financing. He worked hard and went out of his way to find us the best finance and interest. Finally we dealt with Emily Khalil in finance. She did an outstanding job as to explaining what we were getting along with finding an even better interest rate. Great Dealership with great people.

I felt like just a nother person and it would have been a nice touch if they would have fan the car through the car was. I know VW always did that when they did maintenance on our car.

After my car’s first oil and filter change I asked Andy if he would go over the features of my Chevy Trax that I didn’t do when I bought it, and he sat there with me and answered all my questions. He showed me how to use the navigation feature using my phone until I could do it by myself. So I guess you can still teach an old dog (76 yrs old) new tech tricks! Thank you Andy!

Mainly worked with sales manager Jason, he was very helpful in finding a new car for us, that was in budget and had the features that we wanted. We wanted the color red but it was not available for us, we settled on white. Victor delivered the car and demonstrated features. All in all a good experience.

Pleasant experience buying a 26 Traverse LT. Christian Sanabria was our sales representative and he was friendly, respectful and helpful showing us the vehicles we were interested in purchasing. Leo did a good job explaining vehicle systems and operations and Issac in finance explained all paperwork and warranty options. To be honest, my reaction was "WOW"!..... After I received the quick phone call stating that "I was approved with no money down" I was sold. This dealership actually exceeded my expectations and have my heart which is hard to do. I needed a bigger vehicle because my wife and I just had a new born and we needed that extra seat and they put me in exactly what I wanted. The entire process was easier and faster than I expected. The staff was SUPER cool and professional plus I like that I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Thank You!

My name is Mickey Prewitt. Before going to Jim Glover on the River I got on their website and looked over their inventory. This helped me narrow my choices to a red 2026 Chevy Equinox as a starting point. I was greeted by salesman Jayson Benedetto at the dealership and soon joined by sales manager William Hunnicutt. William said that another red Equinox had just arrived that had all of the features I wanted but also had leather seats in the interior instead of the cloth seats that were in the first car I had picked out and for only about $900 more. They brought it out so I could do a test drive. It was still in "transport mode" so I could only drive it around on the dealership property but that was all I needed because I fell in love with the car immediately. They looked over my old car, which was a 2014 Chevy Equinox, and offered a decent trade-in value and did a credit check on me. I was approved for a 36-month 0% loan from GM Financial with a monthly payment that will be easy for me to manage because fortunately I had saved up enough up-front money to apply toward the purchase of the car. This allowed me to reduce my monthly payments to a manageable level. All of the people I dealt with that day did an excellent job, including Emily Khalil in the finance department, and were very friendly and professional and helpful. I drove the new car home that same day. The only very minor complaint I might have is that after I got the car home, I discovered that for some odd reason, GM has apparently discontinued providing an owner's manual with their new car purchases. With a car like this that has so many fantastic technical features on them, many that are new to the public, you would think that they would provide an owner's manual so the new owners could figure out how to actually use all of them. I had to come back to the dealership the next day and ask William to come and sit in the car with me in the parking lot and go over all of the dashboard features and got me set up to use my iphone and Onstar account. But he was very nice about it and happy to help me out and told me to drop by anytime I had any more questions about the features of the car. So overall, I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2026 Chevy Equinox at Jim Glover on the River. Thanks to Jayson, William and Emily.

The oil change went real well. Thank you for the free oil change. There was no problem with the fuel pressure regulator on the way home.

My experience was good, It started raining and I had feed in the back of my truck while waiting on the service tech because he was getting a tire sensor that they found bad…after speaking to one of your service managers about my worries he literally hopped in the back of my truck and help me to transfer the feed to my back seat so when the oil change and inspection was completed it wouldn’t get wet. I can’t thank him and you guys enough for helping me…

The last two, scheduled by appointment, oil changes have taken 7.5 hours combined. The second one was scheduled at noon and took 2.5 hours. On way home, had to return due to engine light coming on. Returned to shop, after 20 minute drive, was there another hour and a half. This was on our 2023 Traverse. A little disappointed.

I wasn’t impressed with the sale person. Didn’t show me any features of the car didn’t know how to open the trunk.he knew nothing about the car he was selling to me. Only wanted to have me sign and he get the commission. I didn’t sit in the car or get a test drive. Feel rush and unappreciated

I looked online to trade my vehicle and got contacted by James immediately. He was super easy to work with and was not pushy! I showed up told him what I was looking for and the vehicle I was interested in. He listened and found the one I was looking for!

They repaired my vehicle in a single day (timing chain, brakes, tire pressure sensors, and a couple of other small repairs. Final price was actually less than the estimate so that was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was courteous and the waiting area is nice and clean. Well worth the drive for a service department I can trust.

I came in with a trade-in that I was upside down in and I also had a limit where I needed to keep my payment. Everyone was very helpful through the process and was able to get me into a new reliable vehicle within my payment range.

I called to schedule appt since my part was in and Sara wouldn’t help me since I wasn’t in her list. I had to wait for a call back from Rihanna. I made the appt and when I came in I wanted to be out by 11 due to another appt. Why do you make appt if they aren’t used? I was told it would almost 3 hours to have the rubber piece replaced over my back tire. That’s crazy

I really dislike being critical, especially when ultimately we were able to get an acceptable resolution. However, I am also aware of how important ratings are, and the need for honest feedback to help teams grow. I believe there are three points that are important to address: 1. Lack of consistent follow up… several times over the past two months we would have to follow up via phone call, text and email in order to get a response (sometimes after weeks without a word). To date, I believe there are still a couple questions that were never answered. *We recognize that there are multiple cars to manage in countless timelines to process however, at minimum an update each Friday would’ve been appreciated (since it went on for 63 days). 2. Endurance warranty… this issue has nothing to do with Jim Glover’s service however, after going through this process, we have no desire to ever work with this warranty company again (Endurance/Apex). And after some research of the company, it appears this is a regular occurrence (denials and poor communication). I am troubled that Jim Glover finance would push this as a solid warranty option. *When we had questions regarding this specific warranty company, we were passed off with no real resolve. 3. Treatment of the vehicle… this has nothing to do with our customer rep (Luis) however, I am unsure who to address it with. I was surprised after the holidays (3 weeks of the vehicle being at Jim Glover) when we realized our car was going to be in the shop for a while. I arrived to get items from the vehicle to find it unlocked in a parking lot. When I mentioned this, I was told this is “normal procedure as it’s in the gated area”. Maybe that is standard but troubling with personal items in the vehicle (for outsiders and even internally unable to track). **Additionally, I was very surprised to find that when the vehicle was picked up, it was not washed or vacuumed out (there was even hand & arm “prints” from sweat on the door and arm rest). Washing the vehicle is not a requirement, but definitely an expectation that I have come to appreciate from Jim Glover Jeep (Owasso) and given this was a 63 day process I was disappointed by the lack of going above and beyond in this situation.

They got my brake noise taken care of and I was thrilled not to have to hear it anymore. I believe the brakes they put on in October must have been defective in someway because they made that noise since then and the new ones they replaced them with do not make the noise

Jim Glover Service advisor Luis green provided very friendly and knowledgeable information on initial Corvette DCT transmission filter change frequency and other preventative maintenance requirements. Technician Dustin Currier completed the Corvette work in a very professional manner. Their performance reflects very favorably on GM, Chevrolet, Jim Glover dealership, and the individuals.

They were outstanding in every way. I had a large screw in my tire. I had bought the wheel and tire protection when I bought the car. It wasn't in service at the time. So they fixed my tire for free and even washed my car! The service gentleman who helped was extremely kind and went the extra mile. The surprising thing is I didn't even by my car from them! Top notch all the way!

Our sales woman Alesia was amazing she made sure to stick with us and get us a truck we can use. She was the only one who even waved at us when we drove in. She spoke with integrity which you don’t get a lot of on a sales lot. I told her what I needed and I drove off the lot in a truck.

I have been having problems with my radio cutting out since my vehicle was new. Due to personal problems I didn't do anything about it until November of last year. Christen has been my service advisor every time. My radio was reprogramed on the first two visits, but it didn't help. the third visit they replaced my amp. that didn't help. Last visit they replaced the wiring harness. Still didn't help. I was kept informed of every thing happening by Christian and I felt like the tech doing the work was doing a good job. My Tahoe was returned to me in great shape, but unfortunately not fixed. Jim Glover provided me a vehicle to drive during this last repair that lasted two and a half weeks. enjoy my Tahoe very much except for this one problem. I really need my Tahoe repaired now. I have been extremely patient and I know there is a process that must be followed, but I want to be able to totally enjoy my Tahoe!

I have owned my 2015 Corvette for 4 years. The ac worked, but on warm days it struggled to cool the cabin. I have had it in 4 times to various dealers. All have said the ac is working fine. On March 3, I brought the Vette to Glover Chevrolet and spoke with advisor Blaine Baird. I explained my dilemma. He and technician Brian Wilkinson reprogrammed the ac system and recharged the compressor. It finally works like it should. Thank you Blaine, Bruce, and Glover Chevrolet for giving me back my car with a fully functional ac. It is frustrating owning a car that you love and you know it doesn’t work right.

I came in without an appointment and they were still able to get what I requested done and also a few other things I did not know my vehicle needed to be repaired. I went on my road trip knowing my Chevy is in top driving performance.

The sales people were great. They explained things to me. The finance people told me about the additional coverages available beyond bumper-to-bumper and power train coverage. I didn’t take the additional coverage because it was important to me to hold down the monthly costs (I’m a retiree). I held onto my Ridgeline for almost 16 years. My brother and I were planning on going to Southpoint and Carmax but he saw the interest rate Glover was offering and he said forget Southpoint and Carmax. Let’s go to Jim Glover.
